Sephiroth can draw on any source of darkness even himself within a certain range and use it to accomplish his goals. He can use it to lift and throw objects or people, create a dense cloud between himself and an opponent, or slow objects and projectiles aimed at him. The strength isn't great but in a pinch it can be very helpful.

History:
Dark Manipulation is a skill that comes along with his dark power. Learning he could manipulate dark energy of others as well as his own, he used his power against his opponents. In training for Soldier he surpassed all his peers, his special techniques allowing him to slow down and trip up the other trainees. After Graduating with top marks he soon became the greatest in Soldier. Nothing could ever touch him.
