Fighting
style: Up close and personal, short-ranged, I attack first and worry about it later
provided I can see for myself that the enemy isn't strong enough to actually kill me.Good Qualities:Highly skilled fighter, beeing Elvaan my movement in general is more fluent and easier than say a Galka so I am very fast with my hands in combat. Personalitywise I'm charming and light-hearted for the most part, and extremely loyal to my friends.
Bad Qualities:
Im utterly rubbish at any magic, for say mages. I love a good mage for saving me in fights, but I have no patience or skill for it, at all. I can also be very stubborn. My raging fits are infamous allthough they very seldom occur, but when they do, run and hide.^^ Im not a very proactive person, so in a party, don't look at me for leadership as I much prefer to just do what I am beeing told.
Personality: I'm very easygoing, and get along with mostly everybody. I tend to like exploring and having fun. I'm not that keen on fighting, but if the mood catches me i'll beat enemies like the best of them (or die trying^^) I'm a bit of a loner at times and I am quite happy to sit in my mog-house and relax with a cup of Windurstian Tea or something. I have a reputation for beeing whimsical, and my humour is flirty, but only with friends who know me really well.
Appearance: I am a tall Elvaan, so, compared to an average hume who is say 183 cm (6 ft) and weighs in at 70 Kg (154 pounds) I'd be 20 cm taller, i.e 6 ft and 8 inches but probably only weigh 11 or 22 pounds more. I have short almost white hair that goes halfway down my neck. On the left side of my face I have a braid wich I never take out. No particulair reason, I just like it^^
My eyes are a lightbrown color. And as for clothing I am almost always in my everyday fight gear wich is a Scorpion Harness on my torso, mnk AF 1 gloves, pants, shoes and crown, Brown Belt and a Chivalrous Chain around my neck.
History: Born in the strict Elvaan kingdom's capital of San d'Oria, I lived a perfectly normal life with my mother and father who both worked for the Royal Guard.
Seeing that my parents were very well respected and high up in the ranks, I was fortunate
enough to get the best training any child could have, both in combat,
military history and world history. So I happily stayed there until my curiosity and restlessness peaked at 15. (Elvaans generally don't approve of too much restlessness) But then I left the city to fight the monsters that I'd heard others talk of in taverns or down at the Airship docks, as well as explore the world in all its wonders.
Having always played outside the city gates with my friends, daring eachother to fight the bunnies and other monsters that lived there, Ronfaure had never held any terrors for me, so when I left, there were no monsters roaming that area that would pose a threat to me. However as I travelled further and further, going all the way from my birthcity to the infamous trade and commerce city of our continent, Jeuno, I often found myself in great danger indeed.
When I finally entered the massive gates though, I was awestruck by the sheer vibrancy of the place. The people who seemed to be talking, laughing arguing and shouting all at once, and the smells wafting at me from various stall and shops nearly knocked me over after a good six months in the wild.
Fortunately, my parents had a townhouse there, so I stayed there for a month recouperating and just enjoying all the things I saw whenever I went for a walk or to the shops.
But, my restlessness got the better of me yet again, so, I finally left Jeuno, but this time I headed out through the Port gate, heading off to the magical premier city of the world, Windurst. Heading out on foot across Sauromugue Champaign was easily my toughest journey so far, with all the gigantic Cockatrices and tiger-like Coeurls roaming that area I certainly got my stealth abilities put to the test.
After that I was drunk with relief when I got to the far easier monsters of Tahrongi Canyon and East Sarutabaruta. So finally I entered that wonderfully quaint town of
Windurst. Mostly populated by the small magically very skilled Tarutaru and the fighting Mithra, I fell in love with their easygoing way of life compaired to the Elvaans, so I got my own small house thanks to my hard-earned savings and I also had my very own Moogle friend as my helper and I still consider it my hometown to this day.
