Name: Dispel
Description: Kuja looks at his target with a smirk on his face as one of his hands glows with a sliver light before little sparkles of sliver fall from his hand, he then points the hand with the spell at his target and the light and sparkles disappear before they reappear around his target and dispels all the target's positive buffs. This spell is used to remove all buffs from enemies so that they are
back to normal, and as such easier to kill or get away from. The spell
gets rid of the buffs for good only why to get them back is to recast
the buffs.

History: Kuja gained this spell when he was created by Garland and only really uses it when a certain buff used by an enemy makes it a bit hard to kill, so he uses this only in a few times since normally he can wipe out anything he wants with his black magic. He was able to still use this spell after being brought back from the dead and now uses it when he needs to.
