History: Raven got it after rising to become the Prime-Arch in Cacoon. He had all of Cacoon's military scientists working on new prototype weapons for his developmental group "Wolf Pack". They came up with the Mark 115 SOPMOD (Yes it took them 115 tries before they got it right). The Mark 115 was chosen because each soldier could customize it to how they saw fit.

Raven's personal rifle has an aimpoint scope, retractable stock, and 40mm grenade launcher.

I'll allow that much and without a cool down due to the fact that have you have restricted yourself to no use of magic.

Now if the future upgrades permit you to fire more than 5 in a post? Then expect to have a cool down duration requested for it.
