Good Qualities: He can run away... quite well. He also has a good eye for technology. His aim is relatively good, and he can usually talk his way out of most situations.
Bad Qualities: His eye for tech leads him to being distracted... quite easily. His can't use magic very quickly, either. He has next-to-no skills in hand-to-hand combat, and he can annoy someone with ease. He is easy to bribe.

Appearance: Hawkeye has red hair that falls to his feet, and characteristic Al Bhed green eyes. He wears the usual Turk's uniform. He is slim and tall, and also wears a special targeter over his right eye that is able to zoom in to about 20x. He also has a set of stylized tribal tattoos on his right arm.
History: Hawkeye... Hawkeye never really lived a boring life. He spent more of his time as a child fiddling with machina than playing or studying - things he saw as unnecessary. That was, until, he heard of this... thing.
He heard of a way to travel to new worlds, and ended up getting on an airship bound for Midgar. Once he reached Midgar, he found his true calling as a Turk for ShinRa, and was readily accepted to this position, and put to work beneath Reno and alongside Cissnei.

Name: Bleeding Heart
Type: Crossbow - Manchurian Repeater.
Element: N/A
Effect: Sleight of Hand - Is able to be reloaded about twice as fast as most crossbow and fired again in the same post - rather than the next post.
Crystalline Soul - Can be used as a magical catalyst, attuned specifically to Hawkeye.
Long/Short range: Mid-range.
Description: It appears as a normal crossbow, but with a large box on top (the magazine). This magazine adds 250 extra grams to the already 1.5 kg crossbow. It is about 50 cm tall, and 30 cm wide, with a length of 50 cm.
History: Hawkeye built this crossbow with his own two hands back when he lived in Spira, from parts that he found around the house, and the occasional part he bought from the store. He hand-assembled the firing mechanism and everything, so the machina is 100% personal to Hawkeye. It's been with him through thick and thin, and saved his life a couple of times. He also added a small crystal onto the Trigger, that he performs his magic through, allowing him to infuse magic into his bolts.

Effect: Second Chance - If fired, and the projectile does not directly hit a target, a small explosive warhead contained in the tip explodes and causes Tier 1 physical damage to anything withing a metre radius.

Description: The weapon is an arm-wielded crossbow. It has a lever system, built specifically to allow for one handed loading of the crossbow's metre-long, 2kg bolts. The crossbow itself is large and unwieldy, but simple enough to unpack and carry on Hawkeye's back. It is made of about 30 different pieces of steel, and weighs 15 kilograms. The trigger in held around Hawkeye's right hand, and fires the bolt at approximately 4 m/s.

DESCRIPTION: It's a magic that has been focussed into Hawkeye's weapon, Bleeding Heart. This magic requires him to focus fire magic into the crystal in the trigger of the weapon, and he imbues all of his projectiles with this fire magic. It can only affect one magazine.

Effect: Burning Desire - has a 90% chance to cause the status effect "burned" on the opponent.

DESCRIPTION: It's a magic that has been focussed into Hawkeye's weapon, Skill Shot. This ability only affects one projectile, and is a result of Hawkeye imbuing wind magic into the bolt through his crystal. It increases the force behind the projectile, thereby increasing the damage.

Effect: Aero Shielding - Casts a protect spell onto Hawkeye for two turns upon firing.
