Effect: Allows the user to 'jump' five times in succession with each jump giving less height than the previous jump. However the user may use this to change directions while still in mid-air.

1st Jump (from ground) - 100% Height
2nd Jump - 50% Original Height
3rd Jump - 25% Original Height
4th Jump - 12% Original Height
5th Jump - 6% Original Height

So basically this is a thing that will allow you to get more air time and able to avoid an attack mid-air........well we got people flying around for 0 AP so this isn't that uncalled of.

FYI I am guessing your height thing means the average jumping distance of what ever race you are. No jumping 20 or 30 feet on the first jump.
