Enchanted: Permanent boost to Speed stat. (By about 10% or so.) Basic resist to the four cardinal elements (by about 10%.)

Protection: Basically none. (Yet.)

History: Lina, Isaac's adoptive sister, was quite the seamstress. She herself made this as Isaac's sixteenth birthday present. It took her all of seven months, doing all kinds of various odd jobs, to accrue enough gil to buy the materials. After purchasing the clasps, she was almost robbed by a guy who insisted he was a veteran of some war a great long time ago. Isaac heard her scream, and was there in an instant, punching the veteran so hard in the cheek he knocked the man's molar out. The man, surprised, swallowed his own molar, and choked to death on it. Lina was upset Isaac found out about the clasps.

Considering Haste in itself is 50% at 30 MP, half of that would be 25% at 15 MP, so if you want an extra boost at no cost, you'll need to lower this a bit more.
