Description & Effect: Causes a pool of water two yards across to appear under the opponent, which then rises up in a blasting sphere of water, dealing appropriate damage.

Effect: Tier 2 water element magical damage
Duration: 1 post

Name: Waterga

I just realized, Tidus' class doesn't EXIST anymore.

So, there may be a change to spells and whatnot.
