Name: Soaring Swords

Description & Effect: When equipped with Snake Sword, Kiyuki can detatch the bladed sections from the sword completely. These will wildly slash around, cutting into just about everything in their path, before re-attaching to the hilt after a little while. During the time this is used, the Snake Sword does not count as being wielded, and he can fight using whatever other weapon until the spell is over.

AP/MP Cost: 30

Class: Offensive

Element: Non-Elemental

Range: Long Range

Effect: Turns the Snake Sword into a temporary storm of rapidly slashing short blades. These will rapidly cut everything. During this time, Kiyuki can wield another weapon, as he is not in control of the flying blades, other than they will not attack him.

that's duel wielding, so no.

The weapons are technically still the snake sword, it broke apart into its sections and began to slash wildly. Should I remove the bit about being able to wield a different weapon while this all it going on?

You need to take out anything that resembles duel wielding. No separate swords slashing at the same time in any way
