Name: All Materia

Cost: 1.5x the cost of the normal spell (Rounded up to the nearest ten).

Effect: This particular Materia allows any Magic Materia, showed by it’s green color, that it is conjoined with to be used against all enemies in the area.

History: This is one of the many All Materia that Cloud gained on his journey to save the Planet and rid the world of Sephiroth. The group found quite a few of these on their travels; they are quite common Materia in Midgar. Also when gaining AP from killing monsters, the Materia would increase it’s power until it could be used up to 5 times in a single battle. And as soon as one reaches this level of Mastery another All Materia is born from it. So with this happening, Cloud gained a lot of this type of Materia. After achieving his mission to save the Planet, Cloud saw no reason to keep them all and only kept one Mastered All for himself.

One thing. The all materia might not cost anything but paired with another materia it causes the mp cost of the spell to go up because of the intensity of the spell. Because you are hitting more than one enemy it's like casting more than one spell at the same time.

I never noticed that the cost was raised to use the All,

I'll add that in then, but how much more cost would it be?

I don't know but as the all materia's ap goes up it costs less and you get to use it more often.
