Effect: Speed casting allows spells amount of time to be spent of them to be cut in have. Example 2 posts to 1. But it means the next time you must magic the spell time is doubled for the next spell. Example 2 post magic goes to 1 but then the next spell used so if it’s the same spell goes to 4 posts. Or if it’s a one post spell it goes to two posts needed.

Range: Short range if defending. Is mainly used for using magic so mid/long range.

Appearance: The staff is 6 foot 3 inches long. It is also a light blue and for the tribal patterning for the head piece it is red the tribal patterning kinda of looks like a frog with blades on its legs. It has two pieces of silk cloth coming from just beneath the head piece of the blue part of the handle they are two feet long.
