Anything approved on or before January 2, 2011 does not have to be altered or modified to fit any rule changes that happened proceeding that date. All creations, partner characters, ANYTHING—is allowed for normal use as with the old rules that you already had; however, anything new must follow the new rules as set forth by Site Owner Lightning .
