Description & Effect: I snap my fingers, most likely bored, saying, "Hold". This will cause the gravity around the opponent to intensify, not to injure them, but to slow them down. This reduces the targeted enemy's speed to 50% its usual.

Element: Non-elemental

Range: Single Enemy, any range.

Effect: Induces 'Slow' status for a while. Possible side effect of discomfort from the increased gravity.
