Type: Single-handed sword.

Element: Non-elemental

Effect: Allows Kefka to cast Ulitma in his God Form

Range: Long

Appearance: The weapon is similar to a key-blade from Kingdom Hearts. It has a complex pattern of red and black spread throughout the base of the blade. Spikes are spread near the tip and bases of the blade. The shape of winds are formed near the base of the blade as well. For a better image look below.

Clarify the effect for me, please? You'll need the sword in possession to cast Ultima and ONLY when Kefka is in form?

Alright, well I can't remember off the top of my head if you have that Ultima spell yet. If you don't, be sure to make it a spell for said weapon. to use it as described here.
