Effect: Due to Raven's heavy dependence on his gadgets and guns, Raven needs to be able to have many different ones. The sad thing is he can't carry every single one of those weapons (especially since a few are very large) so he put Cocoon's R&D section to work on finding a solution to the problem.
The answer was the portable armory.
The portable armory is a small back-pack that weighs less than five pounds. The bag is conected to Raven's internal computer system and directly linked to his cerebral cortex, giving a direct line between the two. When Raven needs another one of his weapons or gadgets, he just thinks it and it will appear strapped to his back. He can also cause weapons to disappear in the same manner.
