Name: Cerberus The Ice Guardian

Attacks:
Ice Balls ~ Sora perks his head high into the sky, and concentrates some magic. He releases it as small balls of ice. Two of them, the first two, are only as strong as the spell 'Blizzard.' However, as a counter-effect, the first two Ice Balls have a "homing-sense" and follow their target. The third and fourth ones are as strong as 'Blizzara' and also have the "homing-sense." Finally, the last two are as strong as the spell "Blizza-ja" but do NOT have a homing-sense on them. They are straight forward shots.
Roses of May ~ Kairi gathers energy into her mouth. She releases the energy into 5 different orbs, each hitting the ground under the opponent's feet, each orb creating an ice plate that started to create several different ice spikes that shot out through their body, a large one forming directly under his body and engulfing him. As the center one finishes forming, each spike shatteres into glass sized shards, leaving small sparkles of ice remaining on the field to melt away within the air.
Shattering Terra ~ Terra grins as wide as he can, and blows out some ice. The ice is unharming at first, but in two posts it hardens up and shaters into the entire cerberus body, covering it in ice Armor. As an alternate, in the post that it hits him, Terra can cause the entire creature to shake. When he does, it causes the ice to go wild, attacking everything it can.

Description: Cerberus the Ice Guardian is a little bit different than the common "thought-of" Cerberus. Cerberus, in legend, is thoguth to have three heads and be the keeper of the gate to hell. However, he is the Gatekeeper of the entrance to Temen-ni-gru. Cerberus is a three-headed hellhound willing to grant power to the worthy. He has the power to control ice, which he uses to encase himself in ice armor, summon showers of icicles, and belch small icebergs. Each of his heads uses different techniques. Cerberus' three heads are signified by their eye colors. Each also has a name. Terra has red eyes; Kairi has blue eyes; and Sora has green eyes.

History: Wandering the world of Terra after obtaining rulership of it, Jaix found a small town called Febronia. He searched it, and found nothing. Right as he was about to leave, night fell upon him. The eerie glow of the moonlight caused soemthing to flash from Jaix's side vision. He turned to it, drawing his blade. He spotted nothing, but walked over anyways. When he arrived, he felt soemthing behind him. Upon turning around again, there was a giant tower. He grunted, and ran in. In the very entrance of it, Jaix's sword disappeared; replacing it was a three-way nunchaku. He swung it around, shaking his head. When he finished, the floor split in two. He fell down, obviously, and landed in a small room. There was only one door, so he went through. Upon entering, the door shut immediatly and the ground again split. This time, however, something came from beneath it. First thoughts were a demon, but instead Jaix saw cerberus appear. He lunged at him with two heards the third one preparing its attack. When 'SORA' used his attack, Jaix destroyed the six orbs by shattering them with the nunchaku. 'TERRA' was up next by using his armour move, but Jaix shattered it with the nunchaku once more. When 'KAIRI' used her move, Jaix had to be in the air and ontop of her head to dodge it. He came down down with it on her head, causing it to shatter. The beast yielded, never having met anyone who could dodge all three of their blows. It bowed to him, granting its power into his blade. The nunchaku changed back to his katana, and a white light appeared. Jaix covered his eyes, but when he opened them the entire town was gone. He realized he could now summon this form of Cerberus and use its power for his own.

Okay, first of all, Blizzaja alone is probably nearly 100mp and with all three of those attacks, which all appear to be quite powerful, it needs to be a higher cost.

Also, what does the ice-armor created by 'Shattering Terra' protect it from?

okay - how's 150 MP? as for the armor from ST, it protects against melee attacks (Fist, sword, gun, etc)

150mp seems a little more reasonable.

And how long does it's effect last? And are you planning it on being used more than once?

Because, defending against all physical attacks is quite a strong defense so being able to use it for a long time or multiple times would be unfair for the other combatant.
