Effect: Allows Yu Yevon to use the summoner's ability "Chant" twice in one topic.

History:
If Yevon was known for anything, it was his prowess in the summoning
arts. Common knolwedge states that one must give of their own mana to
the Fayth to call forward an Aeon. Strong summoners can pray to the
Fayth, bringing their benediction to them, and allowing them to summon
one last time. Yevon's prowess, and connection to the Fayth is so
great, he can pray for even greater benediction, allowing him to call
two Aeons with no mana.

The 'Chant' ability is good enough as it is.

Being able to summon one free summon is enough, two is just too many.
