Name: Eyes of the Farplane

Cost: Passive

Effect: Allows Yu Yevon to "see" if someone wishes to harm another, and who they intend to harm.

History: You don't stay in the Farplane for a millenium without picking up a trick or two. Yevon can now "see" the spiritual energy of someone. The end result allows him to see if someone means to harm someone else, so that he may intervene.

So this lets you know if someone was wearing a cloak to hide who they are if the person was going to stab another person in the back? Now this doesn't let you see through spells that hide people does it? If so this might be a problem

Well, if they're cloaked, Yevon can still see who they intend to harm, but he can't pinpoint WHERE they are.


Further, it doesn't allow him to see WHO a person is, unless they're a spirit, like a Fayth or an Unsent. Since they're raw spiritual energy, he can figure out who they are just by looking.

...But, again, a spell like Vanish makes this nigh-impossible.

I am sorry to post here, but I am simply curious. If this really does cause any trouble, please simply alert me. "WHO a person is, unless they're a spirit, like a Fayth or an Unsent." --High Summoner Yevon I have a slight problem withthis. See, Jaix is an unsent spirit, much like Auron. So, I would be rather annoyed if yevon automatically knew who he was.

Again, if this causes any trouble at all, i will not be mad if the post is simply deleted.

I say it's your fault for being awkward and having an 'unsent' for a character.

Besides, this has already been approved, you're a little late for complaints.

The only reason I now noticed this was because of Kuja's post. Seeing that it was approved, I started to scroll up and that caught my eye. Also, how is it my fault if I had joined first?

No no no....You can't say you can KNOW who someone is just because they are spirit energy. SO what, Yu Yevon made some Aeons...WOW....he wasn't a God. Just some dude who got his ass kicked in FFX. I'll roll with the knowing about Harm thing, but KNOWING ho someone is and their exact identity and stuff isn't going to fly with me. So here's what you can do:

1.) Change it to where you CANNOT tell who someone is

2.) Slap on 50 MP cost EVERY SINGLE TIME you use this whether or not you read someone's identity.
