Appearance: Kazuya has long blue pants that have to yellow belts around his waist while his chest is left bare. Instead of a shirt he has a long blue and red sleeved cape that has a red bandanna on his right arm and a black skull on the back. He is not very muscular looking but is very fit, his hair is a dark shade of blue that is spiky in all directions. On his head are goggles which he may at times switch for bright red star shaped sunglasses, Kazuya usually wears a smile on his face to encourage all around him.

Fighting Style: When in a close contact battle kazuya will charge all out into the battle with his Katana attacking with no precise plan which would probably be called a 'wild' style. But when he is on his air ship Kazuya will order direct commands and attack precisely and effectively.

Affinities: Kazuya is great at encouraging others to do what they believe in and giving commands to others. He is usually in a great mood everyday which in turns effects most people similarly.

Bad Qualities: Although Kazuya is able to encourage others he himself needs to be encouraged at times, when he is alone he often becomes depressed and not able to think of anything to do.

History: Kazuya was born on the Chocobo Ranch, raised by chocobo breeders he was raised into a farming and breeding family of course. Ever since he was little he would dig holes and plant seeds, fix chocobo stables, watch the crops, and take look out for fiends for years on end until he was about eight.
On his watch against fiends he saw a airship for the first time zoom over his head and watched it speed toward midgar. At that moment a new feeling was created inside of him, he felt that he wanted to do something more then just stand and walk on the ground, yes, he wanted to fly with the birds on one of those ships. He jumped off the watch stand and ran towards the farm to tell his parents, when he arrived he explained it all to them, the air ship, his new feeling, and how he wanted to travel the skies. They just smiled and went to the back room, he tried to hear what they were saying but he could only hear mumbles. So he waited for minutes which seemed like hours for him until his parents finally came out, but his father came out with a samurai sword, when Kazuya asked his father where had the sword come from his father told him that he himself was an adventurer himself, a wanderer to be exact. He completely understood what his son had meant when he had explained to him and decided to give him his blade that he used to fight with. He told him that its name was Osafune and it had been passed down through generation of his family back until it was crafted from a dragons fang when his ancestors had slain it with a broken sword.
And so for five years his father trained him in the art of the Samurai, teaching how to swing, move, and evade like a samurai until Kazuya was able to best him letting the student surpass the master. So at the age of thirteen the young Kazuya set out toward the world to follow his dreams of flying, leaving his parents behind he headed toward Midgar where he soon found out it was not as nice of a place then where he was used to. Their were gangs all over with some of them even trying to steal from him right when he got there, he was only able to stop them by scaring them off, (using his skills) he spent the whole day looking all over the big city, trying to find the airships he had seen before. And then he saw them, airships stacked together at a port just laying down in front of him causing him to gawk. He looked at them for a few minutes not knowing anything around him until someone patted him on the shoulder, he looked over to see another teen, maybe four years older then he was. He had a mischievous smile on his face as he greeted him, he pointed to one of the air ships and asked if he wanted it. Kazuya could only but nod and so the boy told him to hop on as he himself jumped over the gates and ran on board with a few other teens. Not knowing to do himself he followed, jumping the gate and running from the officers right behind yelling for him to stop. When he got on board they began to take off to his amazement, he looked over the edge as they started to go up into the air. And when they were going up he watched as the other teens dropped black objects downwards onto the other ships, he watched as they dropped and exploded, leaving no other airship able to launch. Then he heard laughter coming from behind him, he turned around to see the boy he told him to come aboard laughing while hanging from the Shrouds (Nets attached to the mast for you who don't know) He saw the confused and yet excited Kazuya on the ground and jumped down explaining how they were now sky pirates, free from any rules except for they're own. This took shock onto Kazuya to know that he himself was an out law, not an adventurer like his father but a criminal. But that only lasted a few seconds, only to be over flowed by new excitement and anticipation of being a sky pirate.
For eight years he had been a sky pirate and in those eight years he rised through the ranks by both his higher ups being killed in battle or his pure skill and instinct of a flying soul got him promoted, he is now the captain of his ship and crew. And his crew's name was called Tenka (descent from heaven) and his own ships name was Tengai (Beyond the heavens)
