Name: It doesn't have a specific name, but for the sake of the template we'll call it Scarlett's Cloak.
Protection: The cloak protects Scarlett from 5% of all magic attacks, and only slightly protects from physical damage.
Description: The cloak wold more likely be described as a dress, and hangs down to her feet. It is worn whenever Scarlett is in a fight. It is black, sleeveless and has a strange white marking on the back. The mark is sort of tribal, the kind that people get tatooed on themselves... xD
History: Scarlett isn't quite sure where this cloak came from, but of course I am. It was passed down from many generations of a family of nobles, each of which were hunters. But they didn't hunt fiends or animals, they hunted humans. In particular, they hunted mages. They crafted the cloak to protect themselves from the mages, but it didn't really work. This cloak was a prototype, and it was gotten rid of because it was not powerful enough.
It is now in Scarlett's possesion, she was wearing it when she arrived in Ivalice and has found the benefits to be too good to simply dispose of.
