Name: Psychic Bolt
Description & Effect: The Psychic bolt is an incredibly useful spell in Scarlett's arsenal, and it can deal light to moderate psychic and light damage depending on the opponent's elements. To begin with, Scarlett's entire body glows white, signalling the attac kis about to begin. Then she holds her palm towards the target and regardless of whether the attack is performed inside or out white energy rains down onto the enemy. The psychic and light mix of energy takes the form of bolts of lightning, but they have no lightning element in them whatsoever. The bolts are white in colour, with a slight tinge of purple mixed in. There are three bolts in intervals of about one second.
AP Cost: 20 AP.
Class: Offensive, can be used as Supplementary to break doors and things.
Element: Psychic/Light.
Range: Long.

History: The Psychic Bolt spell has passed through many generations of Psychic Elementals, but Scarlett was the first she knew of to use it for its intended purpose. But that was not the case, while her family used it to break objects in their way, Scarlett used it in battle. And so did her ancestors, so many years ago. For you see, the Psychic's of her world were not always so passive. They used to dominate the land, but gave it up as they became bored with so easily decimating their foes. This was one of their core attacks, and was used very often.
