Effect: As what the title say's, the power to fly.

- The height for flight will be most likely the height of a tall building, say three/four stories high. Other wise Kazuya will just crash and burn into the ground below.

- The speed is moderate, nothing to slow but nothing to fast. Think of a bird just flying by your house, unless a battle comes in the speed will be moderate. In battle of course it will be used to be more of a faster degree, probably as much as 75% of Kuja's speed in the air.

- Weight is also a big issue, although final fantasy character's are very much stronger beings they are no way in total of chuck norris level. =P The most Kazuya can handle with flying would be himself and his items, pulling another person along is possible but it would be straining.

I have something to add....How do you go about flying?

what do you mean? lol

He means do you use a special energy, do you flap your arms like a chicken. How do you fly? I didn't pick at it much since one anyone that has power over wind, fire, has wings, or is able to use some other sort of energy can fly, also his flying abilities are not that great anyway.
