Description & Effect: Kefka summons a small amount of magic from his body into his arms. The magic builds up causing a electricity to build up in his arms. Kefka hold up his hand at a target, lets out a little chuckle, and says something where he can work in the line “Shocker Isn’t it?” then he forced the magic out of his hand at the target. It shoots out in the form of a lightening bolt. If it hits causes mild damage.
