Effect: Kiyuki was naturally born with blood that has a molecular structure near identical to blood. Though this makes it so that anyone who gets his blood through donation would die because of ink in their system, it also makes it so that he doesn't need to have a pencil or brush on hand to draw with.

This has no negative effects on his body, because he was born with the blood, and because it still has red blood cells, it looks no different than normal blood. Also because of red blood cells, it carries oxygen properly, therefore the blood is perfectly functioning inside of Kiyuki.

So it's through straight donation, like IV that it would kill someone?

The blood would have no effect on someone say if it were swiped over another's cut or open wound?

Straight donation would kill.

If in a wound it might cause an infection or whatever ink does to a wound, but other than that, nothing.
