Effect: Telekinesis has many uses:
-Allows Lightning To Open Her Mind To Other Users & Speak To Them Through Their Minds So No One Else Can Hear. She Can Do this To A Single Person Or Even Expand Her Thoughts To Large Groups Of People.
-It Gives Lightning A Keener Sense Of Vigilance. She Can Sense People's Presence When They Draw Near Because She Can Sense Their Minds & The Electric Currents Their Brains Give Off. If It Is Someone She Met Before, She Can Recognize Their Brain Patterns To Determine Identity. If She's Never Met Them--She Just Knows That Someone Is Nearby, But Cannot Identify.
-Her Mind Opening Psychic Ability Also Allows Her To Communicate With Animals And Other Beings That Can Not Talk--Such As Other User's Pets.
