DESCRIPTION: The Dark Shuriken is, as the name says, a Shuriken made of only darkness. To create this shuriken one must collect the darkness of the enviroment in the palm of his hand, and then make it to take the shape of a shuriken. The color of the spell is of a dark violet, the size of it is more or less of the palm of a hand and lastly it can damage anything it touches, so it stays floating above the hand, for the protection of the user.

Effect: The Dark Shuriken can be thrown to the enemy using the wind and the strength of the user to start spinning and gain more power. The shuriken can cut several things because of its shape, but it can also just hit the target, without making any cuts but still dealing the dark damage that it posses. The other thing that one can do with this shuriken is to punch the enemy with it, dealing a bit more of damage, but it is more probable for this kind of attack to fail reaching the enemy. It can hurt anything that it touches, so its considered a dangerous spell even for the user. The damage is usually of a Tier 1 spell.

World: World of Balance

History: The spell was obtained after he became the Emperor of the World of Balance. When he get to the throne, he quickly managed to know that most of the last Emperors that the world had used a good amount of dark spells to protect themselves against enemies or just to prove that they were worth of the throne, and they all have left the way to make their spells writen on a certain book, that could only be opened by the current Emperor. Meanwhile Kaze was cheking the book, he got attracted by a spell called "Dark Shuriken", that it was created by a ninja Emperor that rules the world 100 years ago. That was the first spell that he wanted to do, and in some weeks he managed to use the techique at perfection, showing once again his skills and adding more power to his body with it.

Uhm . . . I presume Tier 1? Or are you trying for Tier 2 with this?

I need a little bit of clarification on how STRONG the damage is for the spell, that's going to impact how much MP you're going to need because I can't see anything that would require higher than base damage since it looks like it's single target.

Yes, it is a Tier 1 spell, and it is single target only.

Okay, Tier 1, Single Target, doesn't look like it has any sort of "Tracking" or "Homing" features on it, so you can get away with only spending 10 MP for the spell, if you want.
