Name: Shadow String

Description & Effect: When this spell is cast is is nearly impossible to tell as the spell only has to be the gesture of a hand. When this is cast, the user creates as many dark super thin strings made of darkness to wrap around something or to catch something. Sometimes used to kill or strangle, different uses require different costs of energy

AP/MP Cost: 0 when used for minor projects like sewing or to aide an ally. 10 to Hurt an NPC or to use on very large objects. 20 to use in a fight in a serious manner such as for prolonged battle or to hold someone that is struggling in place. Each string can withstand up to fifty pounds of force

Class: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary

Element: Darkness

Range: Long, up to twenty yards

Effect: Creates black shadow string for various effects. These string can be from one to sixty five strands.


Duration: Instant use, and every four posts the cost must be repaid

How many strings is a target facing?

What's the range they can be used?

How heavy an object for only 10MP? ((since objects are used in fights as well, this needs to be clarified))

Details as what to what these look like need to be stated so when you use this, one knows what exactly they're facing in order to defend themselves correctly.

600 pounds for only 10 MP? O.o That would be crushing a whole lot bones and bodies with boulders and stuff that weight that much.....

Now at up to 65 strings at 20 yards... which is over 60 feet in range? That's about the range of Tier 2 strength spells. Which are normally 30 to 40MP. But I'm going to negotiate with you....

Since the strings themselves do not state damage infliction themselves, I'll allow this. But play fairly with them, please.

So fix the pounds they can lift, and we're good to go.
