| Commercial Regulations
-Any User with authorization to the forum may buy or sell items, upgrades, spells, potions, etc. A user may ONLY sell items, weapons, spells, etc that he or she has CUSTOM CREATED. All generic spells or items will be available through TheM3rchant's Bank.
-To sell an item post a topic using the template below and fill out all of the information accordingly and be detailed. If you cannot take the time to make it look good then you will lose your selling privileges. Make prices reasonable. TheM3rchant has the authority to deny or reverse a sale if found to be unrealistic or faulty--this includes taking advantage of the system by selling high power weapons to a new user for cheap.
-To purchase an item you post in the topic with the simple magic words, "SOLD". Nothing special with colors or whatever is necessary. But SOLD lets everyone know that you called dibs on the item first. It is a first come first serve basis. After SOLD is announced the seller IS REQUIRED to give rights over to the buyer no matter what! You MAY NOT choose another buyer just because they offer more GIL. You may ask questions about particular item in the topic without actually buying it but only serious inquiries please.
-A Seller may cancel a sale ONLY if SOLD has not yet been announced.
-All Prices are in increments of 10.
-No refunds--only resells.
-After a transaction is made, TheM3rchant MUST approve the transaction to make it final. You DO NOT have to get anything re-approved for your character or re-post the creation template for said item. All you have to do is LINK the Original Owner's creation topic to your main character's profile.
-TheM3rchant reserves the right to alter or modify transactions or rules in ANY way as he sees fit and/or to the Administration's discretion.
