Name: Manipulation
AP Cost: 0, passive.
Effect: Manipulation is a psychic ability that allows Scarlett to move small objects with her mind. For the base enchantment, she can only move small things like rocks and sticks. An added bonus to this enchantment is she can use it to make herself float in the air, which can give her the 'Float' status.
History: This is a naturally aqquired ability, and Scar has had many uses for it in her time. Granted, it used to be much more powerful and she used to for such things as slaying the Leaders of both the Earth Elemental family and the Fire Elemental Family. That feat alone was extraordainary as many had sent small armies to kill those two, but she did on her own.
It has become Scarlett's base enchantment, and she can add spells to it to make it all the more powerful.
