History: Zack first found choco mother when he risk his life to save hois mother as his mother then gave birth to choco but in a egg and as a monster attack choco mother Zack then a kill the monster and took the egg with him to protect to chocobo as choco become older Zack wanted to train choco to fight monster and help people as Zack then buy choco armour for battle.

On Final Fantasy VII, different colored Chocobo have different abilities.

Green came cross mountains, Blue can cross rivers, etc.
