Description: Channeling the elemental affinities he has with fire, he can create a ball of fire about the size of a basketball that engulfs his hand, although it does not burn him. It stays in his hand for as long as he desires it, he do almost anything he wants with the ball, use it for defense, launch it to cast Fire, or use it as a melee attack.

Range: Short to Long Range.
Duration: Depends on what done with it.
Effect: Varies, if launched at enemy, a burning ball of etreme concussive force burns the enemy for Low damage. (As much as a basic spell.)

World: It was developed in The World of Balance, though I do not know what is being implied.
History: This is Caroutaro's general purpose spell, he usually uses this spell in almost all of his battles. This spell is the perfect demonstration of how Caroutaro mainpulates and controls his magic. He developed this spell to experiment with how magic works, he figured that making a spell that could perform a variety of things would help him greatly.
