History: He got lost in the Renaissance event and bought some cool armor. It came with the Strike Nodachi

Since you're using the term "techniques", I'm assuming you also mean one's weapons that are aligned with lightning as well as spells?

And a base template starting at 50%? That's a bit much to start out with, even though you're stating a drawback at the same amount of another element. This is more for an upgrade.

But I'll work with you on this since you're willing to start a base template WITH a drawback if you like. Now base templates normally start at 20% for just about anything. And that's with no drawback at all. I'll allow 30% for you start with and at the same amount for equal damage.
