Does Anyone Think the Other Site will Survive?

Hey, I was thinking, and I was wondering, does anyone think that the original FF site will get up and running again like it used to?

I don't think it will, I think Sickk is talking s***.

I don't know what Sickk has been saying and/or lying about,

but, I don't think the other site will survive, especially with no Mods or Admins.

Even if they get the Adminship and Modship back, I'm still not sure if it will survive.

It's unbelievable how many arguements on that site,

I wouldn't be attracted to a site full of arguements, so I don't think they will get many new members.

As long as this site stays as friendly as it is at the moment, this site should do fine.

I really hope that the arguements don't start up again on this site.

I'm pretty sure no one on this site so far are any of the ones that start the arguements.

But there is a big difference between, being in an arguement and starting an arguement though.

I'm not saying arguing back is good, but, I think starting the arguement is a lot worse.

I really don't know, but those kind of problems always end on a disaster. I think too that a new begining was something good.

Arguments are pointless end of story, all it does is waste things. Time, words, money*time is money people*, and that little thing I like to call sanity. That is why I try my best to stay far away from arguments, I follow the guide lines of ya either got to conform or compromise.

I get into arguments when someone is being a right jackass, or when he is doing something bad like criticising real bad or making judgements.

Well, I personally think that there should be a Strict rule for arguements:

If an arguement starts a Mod or Admin gives the two or more argueing one warning to stop or take it to PM.

If they continue, they get temporarily banned.

Simple as that.

We should have a section for no rules argueing.

A vent section if you will.

Yes I agree also it won't be so *bleeping* annoying as just randomly bumping into a topic that turned into an argument. Just need to make sure the arguments that happen in that section doesn't get too out of hand ya know.

But having that area where people are aloud to argue is just premoting arguing.

That would basically say: 'yeah, go ahead and argue, just do it over there.'

It shouldn't be like that. The place to argue, if you really have to, is PMs.

Then, it is out of the way so that everyone else doesn't have to see it.


And another little thing about that,

Posts = cool stuff (more spells, mp, etc.)

So people should not be raising their post count by going into a section to shout abuse at one another.

But maybe there's like something in the admin panel that stops posts going to the user's total in certain sections.

I believe there is, but honestly, even though we hate to admit it......we need those posts....lol.....Just think about it. By no means am I saying you should Spam though.

I think I am about to open for Creations and Approvals, but I am still going to hold off on the world leader spots for a little longer until I have time to create the missing worlds. I'm sorry my progress has been so slow guys, but I've been working SOOO much at my job, and I just don't have the free time, the past few days, but I should get it done by within the next few days.....but hey, great things take time 'eh?

It is ok Kadaj, you are trying your best and that is all that matters. We can't get mad at you for having a job, just keep going at a pace you think is good for ya.

Kadaj has granted me admin rights. And as such anything I say should be respected. That being said , You guys understand my position on arguing. I understand it is necessary and I am fine with it as long as it doesn't get into flaming and all the nasty fires that I had to put out on the other site. I am going to enforce this with an iron fist. If you must argue you will do it in a timely fashion and without being hurtful to the extreme. If I believe you are being overly harsh, you get, and I stress this, one chance to stop when I ask. I will not tolerate what has been happening lately. If you refuse to respect me asking you to stop and you continue I will ban you for a term of two weeks. A second offence will get you a month and a third will get you banned forever. This does not apply to pm stuff like, that is best left to a private section. If anyone thinks this is too harsh I will accept your complaints via pm. This is not me overstepping my bounds, this is me trying to prevent the breakdown of another site.


Also I would like to make clear something. The person under the assumed name Sickk is a friend of mine. This person got angry and made a mistake out of anger. Said person is trying to fix it. I know what happened. I believe I was one of the first person's that Sickk went too. All this assumption isn't helping anything it just causes more hard feelings.
