Description:
No change whatsoever.

Good qualities:
Xavier gains the power to dispell any magic related powers and abilities.

Bad qualities:
It must be touched his left hand, and he must be able to catch up to what ever he is trying to dispell. What he is blocking cannot exceed his own limitations or the AP he has paid. Ths stops him from being able to use his own supernatural abilities.

So this means spells, enchantments, forms, summons, and other magically powered thing. As that is what your wording sounds like.....correct?

Well it is only for things that use 200 and lower Ap so.....ok but have fun trying to touch the Target. Aproved
