Effect:
Dimensional travel- The Defiant has a transdimensional drive that rips
a whole in space allowing the ship to move faster than light speed. The
ship is also equipped with a dampening shield that slows projectiles
and forces them off course. This is uneffective against energy weapons
and mass drivers. MAC guns have to much force to be stopped by the
dampening field.

Description: The
defiant is not like a normal dreadnought class airship.It is all black
except for the bristling weapons systems. The dreadnought class is
usually bulky and slow but bristling with firepower. The dreadnought is
thinner only containing six decks. It is also long and sleek. Its
translight drives make the Defiant faster than even a cruiser class
airship. The only thing that the Defiant has in common with it's class
members is the length and weapons systems. The defiant is half a mile
long made of a stealth material stronger than titanium and carries six
echo class single ships and an extensive arsenal. Basically anything
the Defiant can't fight it can run away from. Though it has speed it
doesn't have much maneuverability except in a straight line. The ship
also currently runs with a small crew make defense harder.

Weapons:
The defiant is equipped with enough weaponry to hold off a small
armada. It has twelve lateral short range laser batteries for ship to
ship combat(six on each side). It carries six echo class single ship
fighters(only two pilots are onboard with clearnace to fly these). The
Defiant is also equipped with a fore and aft magnetic accelerator
cannons or MAC guns(only three rounds for these). There are four ION
disrupter cannons on the belly of the ship and two on the top(currently
inopperable). Located around the ship in hidden compartments are six
ARC class missile batteries that carry twenty missiles a piece(these
are currently empty). Last but not least the ship has been outfitted to
carry four Nova class terror nukes(Unnavailable due to cost).

History:
The Defiant was a secret military project in Midgar. Though origionally
outfitted with all of it's armnament, only the rechargeable weapons
were not depleted when Sephiroth stole the ship. To make it harder to
trace, the crew has been making repairs and buying new armnament slowly
to avoid detection. The ships hull is made of a stealth material
stronger than titanium that hides the ship from detection. When he
stole the ship, Sephiroth piloted it himself after killing the crew. He
fought his way out of the shin-ra base sustaining heavy damage. Over
time he hired a crew to make repairs and refit the ship. It is now
flyable but the kinetic weapons have yet to be replenished due to lack
of resources. The Defiant is still sixty eight percent battle effective
without the full arms. Sephiroth makes short work of stealing what he
needs to refit the Defiant by holding up smaller ships at gunpoint.
After which he destroys the vessels.
