Histories

Well this is for all the approvals excluding the Character section where you make the actual character.

Does anyone actually want to keep the histories for everything else?

Honestly I don't mind either way though it is a bit difficult to come up with histories for spells. I mean it just a bit hard and repeats for me since I rarely ever learn a spell while in a topic, maybe Animals, Airships, and Summons should be the only one to have histories and the rest not have it. *shrugs*

Well this is what I think, how do histories contribute?

The only one is the character which defines how their personality, appearance fro where they're form, their elements due to that history and their good and bad attributes due to the experiences that have had.

The rest of the templates don't really need it, but that's just my opinion.

True but with summons, pets, and Airships you can actually get emotionally attached to them or something. Say if you was saved by some beast and then it became your pet you would have emotional attachment to it, or if the Airship you have used to be your fathers yet again emotional attachment, and if the summon you have is the family guardian then like I said twice emotional attachment. Also you can really interact with Summons and Pets, as Airships could be interacted with if someone wanted to go and say it has an AI in it or something *be the AI magical or technological*

But here is a better idea, instead of getting rid of the histories just make it optional. If someone wants to make a history then far be it from us to stop them, if they don't fine by me.

Kuja, that was exactly what I was thinking as I read your post. Well, lets wait for input from other people as well.

I agree with Kuja and you on this topic. Most peopel cant even think up a god enough history that is more than a sentence for weapons spells and whatnot. I think having the option to have a history will be best for the site and help out with approvals as usually it is the histories that dont allow the item to be approved yes?

-Character
-??? (COMING SOON!)
-Pets
-Airships

as in its not optional but mandatory......wtf?
