Name: Pinwheel Strike

Description & Effect: Rinoa's left hand slowly begins to illuminate in a soft bluish glow. As the casting energy increased, the hue becomes brighter. As she raises her right arm to aim upon a target, her left hand veers back. When Rinoa fires her weapon, her left hand shoots forward to release powerful winds to enhance the speed of the Pinwheel for a much swifter blow much more difficult to dodge.

Class: Offensive

Element: Aero?

Range: Long Range

Duration: 1 to 2 posts, depending on if the Pinwheel was dodged first before the boomerang effect leads the weapon to come flying back at target upon return to the stock.

This only makes it harder to dodge, doesn't increase the damage correct?

No increase to damage at all, just increases the speed of the weapon flying at the chosen target
