Xavier's Second spell

Name: Sound Barrage

Description & Effect:
Xavier can send waves of sound to attack an opponent by making sound around him. The wave appear in a bright near transparent blue glow, and distort the area around them slightly as they fly through the air. Yelling, talking, clapping, whistling, etc all these can be used as an attack. The waves are weaker the farther away you are, and you do not get the full effect of the spell. The waves can cause damage not just by the wave sent flying towards his enemy, but also by the disasterous effects it can have on the eardrums Generally one target, but if someone is next to his close to the target when the wave is released they can be effected too. Max range (15ft)

Effect:
Loss of hearing for 2 posts. (target not Xavier)

Duration: 1

Whoa now....5 post of you being able to do how much damage?? *heavy, medium, low?* And I mean maximum damage aka to a person who is close enough for tier 3

ok i made some changes

So it hits everything around within 15 feet of you? Or just one target? And what would it look like sent at a person? A distortion wave or what *something that can be seen even a little would be nice*
