Name: Haste
Description & Effect: Rinoa's wings rise up swiftly above her and shower her with a rain of tiny white feathers that began to circulate around her body slowly at first. The more feathers that rain down upon her, the faster the swirl about her until such speed increases and turns the feathers into a faint transparent glow. Suddenly, there's a flash of bright light, and the glow of magic then explodes in a blast of feathers again to complete the casting process.
